Miles Alexander

I provide a non-judgemental, comfortable, & safe outlet of support and guidance to those who want to begin their fitness journey, but might not know where to start. When I started my transition, fitness was my way of easing my dysphoria and building the body of my dreams. As I newly entered the fitness world, I was never provided with support or encouragement, & I want to provide what I was never able to have so that individuals of our community wouldn’t have to feel alone.

It's easily accessible to those who have limiting circumstances, & need assistance in your specific fitness goals and needs. I make sure I resonate and relate to your aspirations in fitness and experiences in life. As a trans-masculine fitness coach, I’m here to help you live the lifestyle we know you’re working so hard to achieve- & meet the goals to ease the dysphoric ideations we may have in common.
